Description
This work presents a detailed and practical explanation of the law in both Civil and Criminal cases in East Africa. It is designed primarily as a textbook for students in East African Universities and other similar institutions. The book provides an easily grasped and comprehensive account of the law and has been specially written so that no previous knowledge of the English Administrative Law is required. Every attempt has been made to present the East African experience simply but accurately in the amorphous subject of Administrative Law which has been insufficiently recognised as a single Body of law.
