Description
Beatrice Durnbarton is young and in love with Honourable Geoffrey Stonor, Unionist MPA chance visit to her relative, Lady Wynnstay, brings her into contact with Miss Vida Levering, a suffragette who has lost all faith in men. Beatrice???s curiosity is aroused and she attends a meeting organised by the suffragettes, where she hears Miss Levering speak and is drawn into the movement.
